In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), parents (or legal guardians) of children under 13 years of age must consent to allow Storming Robots to collect personal information such as names, email addresses, home address, etc. for programs registration.
COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act). We collect certain information from your child including your child’s first and last name, and email address. Your consent is required at the time of registration in order for us to collect and communicate with your child. We will not disclose any personal information from your child to any 3rd parties. All students contact information are STRICTLY USED for communication between instructors and students pertaining ONLY to SR's classwork and programs.
If you are a parent, you have a right to review, update, correct, delete or refuse further collection and use of personal information collected by your child by withdrawing from our program. Email addresses of students under age 13 will be deleted at the time of withdrawal as well.
Students may exchange their contacts as well. We shall not require students to provide more information than is reasonalby necessary in order to participate in our educational programs.
Purposes
Storming Robots only collects personal information you voluntarily submit to Storming Robots. It is Storming Robots’s general policy to keep your personal information for a period of no longer than 5 years following your last contact with us, or your last participation to Storming Robots programs.
For commmunication sent to our members through our mailing list from the best-in-class email automation software "IContact", all information is used solely for information distribution to our members. This information is "NOT" sold or distributed in any other manner.
Anonymous Data
We do "NOT" collect any personal information from visitors browsing the public areas of our Site. We do collect data such as the Internet Protocol (IP) address and domain name of a visitor’s computer. This information is used only as anonymous aggregate data to help us customize our website content and advertising to make our sites more useful. We shall NEVER share this anonymous data with any third parties.
California and Delaware “Do Not Track” Disclosures
California and Delaware law require us to indicate whether we honor “Do Not Track” settings in your Web browser concerning targeted advertising. At this time, there is no worldwide uniform or consistent industry standard or definition for responding to, processing, or communicating “Do Not Track” signals. Thus, like many other websites and online services, we do not currently respond to any “Do Not Track” browser requests.

Storming Robots does not collect any special categories of personal data such as personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs.
CREDIT CARD INFORMATION
NO Credit Card Account Information ever is stored on premise, not at SR's web server. All such secured information id directly handled by the Credit Card Gateway, Paypal.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Storming Robots may disclose your personal information as required by law or as needed in legal proceedings when Storming Robots believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

Our website contains links to other websites. Storming Robots has no control over these sites and they are not subject to this Privacy Policy. Please check the privacy policies of these sites to determine how your personal information will be used.

The Storming Robots website includes social media features, such as the Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram buttons that run on our site. These features may collect your IP address or log which page you are visiting on our site, and/or may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. Your interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

Our Site has industry standard security measures in place, including storage of personal identifying information in a secure environment, to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under Storming Robots’s control.
